Air Asia Indonesia Becomes Domestic Airline of The Year 2013
Indonesia Air Asia airline that has many customers to deliver a wide range of domestic routes, Domestic awarded Airline of the Year 2013 from Roy Morgan Research, Wednesday (05/03/2014).
Roy Morgan Research is an independent research institute in the field of customer satisfaction (consumer satisfaction) based in Melbourne, Australia.
This prestigious award was received by President Director of Air Asia Indonesia, Dharmadi of Director Roy Morgan Research Indonesia, Ira Soekirman. The delivery is done in a conferment ceremony held at the Financial Club Hall, Graha CIMB Niaga, Jakarta.
Dharmadi said Air Asia pride for having received this award. He is also grateful for the support given by the entire Air Asia Indonesia's loyal customers.
"The award is very special international standard for representing the voice of the user airline, Air Asia Indonesia and reflects success in delivering cost -effective high -quality," said Dharmadi Thursday (06/03/2014).
In the award ceremony, Air Asia Indonesia was awarded the Domestic Airline of the Year. These have been presenting the flying experience, service and innovation that is superior compared to other airlines. The assessment was conducted based on the results of interviews conducted by Roy Morgan Research on 26,000 respondents in major cities in Indonesia.
Dharmadi said, this international class awards can’t be separated from the contribution of the entire AllStars. Air Asia AllStars is an employee who continues to provide the best service to all customers.
"The award Domestic Airline of the Year will be the trigger for the whole range of Air Asia Indonesia to fly and always provide the best service experience to customers," said Dharmadi.
Previously, Air Asia Indonesia also was awarded Excellent Service Experience Award in 2014 as the airline with the best cabin service and ground handling services best of Carre Center for Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty (Carre CCSL).
In 2014, Air Asia Indonesia expects the number of passengers reached 9 million, an increase of 14 % compared to last year is 7.9 million.
Air Asia Indonesia currently operates 30 Airbus A320 aircraft to serve 25 international routes and 12 domestic routes out of 5 hubs in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, Surabaya and Medan.
Every week, Air Asia Indonesia serves as 616 domestic and international flights.
